About Anne
A free-lance graphic designer for 20+ years, I returned to school to become a physical therapist in my 40s, graduating with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2018. I have a life-long love of an active life style including engaging in sports, fitness training, and outdoor activities like cycling, hiking and kayaking, but, hey, I also love to chill on my front porch with a good book or enjoy an evening on the couch with my boyfriend. I believe in the power of the individual and that we are all capable of more than we think we are. As a physical therapist, certified personal trainer, cancer survivor, and one who deals with chronic pain, I know first hand the power of movement, strength, and building resilience. My goal is to optimize each client’s function, strength, and physical health, and having fun while doing it!

“Anne is a miracle worker”
Anne knows how to listen, motivate and teach like no one I have ever worked with before…
The workouts are not easy, but they are doable—and Anne creatively adapts as I need, with whatever equipment or time I have. I have not only benefited from greater strength but also higher confidence in myself. I wholeheartedly recommend her services.
